Steamed mussels, cockles and king prawns with a creamy curry sauceSent by Sabores de colores
½ chopped onion, 1 chopped clove of garlic, 1 diced carrot, 6 rock mussels, 10 cockles, 6 peeled king prawns, 2 tbsp white wine, 50 ml liquid cream, 1 tbsp Madras curry
Preparation.- Place the chopped garlic, onion and carrot in the steam case, pour the oil and wine. Add salt and pepper and close the Lékué steam case. .- Cook for 10 minutes in the oven or microwave fore 3 min. .- Mix the cream and curry in a glass. Set aside. .- Take the case out the oven, open carefully, and add the seafood. Pour the cream and curry mix. Close the steam case. .- Cook for 10 minutes in the oven or microwave for 3 minutes. .- The dish is now ready to enjoy! *Serve with white rice or some bread.
