Spinach and Goat’s Cheese
1 handful fresh baby spinach
1 tsp goat’s cheese
Salt and pepper
Lightly oil the Ovo.
Put the handful of spinach into the OVO or a Steam Case with 2 ½ tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt and pepper. Close and cook in the microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Remove spinach from the microwave and mix with the goat’s cheese until it is melted.
Crack an egg into the Ovo, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add spinach mixture.
Cover and place the Ovo on the outer edge of the microwave turntable.
Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds.
