Steam Case with Tray 3-4 pers.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For preservation / defrosting
1. Place the fresh or frozen food on the tray
2. Close the lids and store in the refrigerator
3. For cooking, remove the tray and remove the liquid from the case
4. Season with spices and flavourings if desired
5. Place the tray inside the case for cooking

Cooking with the tray
1. Once the food is in the case, close the lids
2. Use the side handles to transport it
3. Place in a microwave or in a traditional oven
4. To check during cooking, lift the side on the handle.
5. When ready, open the lids and serve directly from the case.
