60 g broccoli stalks
40 g of diced smoked salmon
1 spoonful of sour cream
1 sprig of dill
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
1. Blanch the broccoli stalks in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain.
2. Break the egg and place it in the Ovo. Add the salmon, the broccoli, a pinch of salt and pepper and the sour cream, cover and cook for 7 minutes in bain Marie (30 seconds in the microwave at 800W)
3. Place the egg on the plate and season with a few drops of olive oil and some sprigs of fresh dill. Accompany with a bit of baguette bread.
